Companies who offer wellness programs to their employees reduce their annual health insurance premiums and thereby improve their bottom line.  According to a recent study on worksite health programs, corporations realized $3 - $6 in savings for every $1 invested in wellness programs (American Journal of Health Promotion.) 

Real Time Yoga Stress Management seminars can be one component of an employee wellness program or can be integrated into retreats, meetings, and conferences.  These interactive sessions include an in-depth discussion about the physiology of stress.  Participants learn simple, yet powerful, breathing, meditation, and relaxation techniques that are scientifically proven to help reduce stress, strengthen the immune system, and calm and steady the mind.

Yoga Classes

The yoga classes offered by Real Time Yoga are suitable for complete beginners as well as more experienced students.  Classes are designed to increase flexibility, improve strength, and promote overall well-being by incorporating yoga postures, breathing techniques, deep relaxation, and meditation.  Both Chair Yoga and Mat Yoga are optional class formats.

 

  
Private Instruction

Whether the goal is maintaining health, building strength, coping with illness, or recovering from injury, each individual Real Time Yoga session is designed to help promote health and wellness based on specific needs.  Sessions are held in the client's home or workplace and are generally one hour long.
